Chrome Masters LLC — a Dubai-based boutique specialising in authentic Chrome Hearts pieces. This Return and Refund Policy is available to everyone, without login or registration, and applies to all orders.
Before payment, each client receives the information reasonably available about the specific piece, including its condition, sizing, measurements, photographs and any relevant characteristics. Due to the individual, rare and often non-replaceable nature of the pieces we offer, all sales are considered final once payment has been completed, except where a return, replacement or refund is required under applicable UAE law or expressly approved by Chrome Masters in writing. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where a piece is received materially damaged, materially incomplete or materially inconsistent with the description provided before payment, the client should contact Chrome Masters within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through an official communication channel, with photographs, videos and order details. The piece must not be worn, used, washed, cleaned, altered, repaired, resized or modified while the matter is reviewed. Where a claim is verified and a remedy is required under applicable law, Chrome Masters will provide an appropriate remedy — which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund — depending on the circumstances and availability.
Where a return is approved, the piece must be returned within the period specified by Chrome Masters, in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered, unworn and unaltered, with all packaging, accessories, documentation and tags included, using the shipping and insurance method approved by Chrome Masters. Refunds are issued once the returned piece has been inspected.
Return or refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Chrome Masters acknowledges a complete request within three business days and aims to provide a final written decision within fourteen business days of receiving all required information.
